Sydney Festival, Golden Plains and BDO announce lineups
Just a quickie. The Sydney Festival announced its program today, Golden Plains released its first lineup, and Big Day Out announced its second lineup. Anything jumping out at you? Mogwai and Black Mountain are that are really intriguing me at the moment.

More acts and full details here.

Remember how the first lineup for BDO blew? The second one isn’t going to help:

Is it just me, or is the Syd Fest lineup not a patch on the stellar crops of 07 and 08? There’s maybe two things that I want to see, excluding ATP (and Leonard Cohen, which I’d wrongly assumed given the timeframe and ticket sale date would be a part of the festival)…

I think I’ll try to get St Vincent tickets though Golden Plains has a few acts I’d like to see such as Jim White.
